From what I understand the costs have come in under the original estimate (Matt knows what he is doing) and they can now fund the entire build from equity. I am very happy with this raise as it gets rid of Taurus (and the cost) and the restrictions TIE faced.
I always thought WAF’s one and done raise was unwise. It cost shareholders quite a lot of equity. Raising like TIE has done is exactly what you want to see as a shareholder - how many more shares would have been on issue if they had raised $100m extra at 39c, not that they would have been able to raise that level of capital at 39c?
