I would love to agree with you as I hold DYL, not VMY - but the first offer went nowhere so clearly wasn’t good enough. Otherwise you’d expect to have seen a shareholder revolt, which evidently didn’t happen considering what VMY have been able to do since. VMY await a better offer, and we probably need to understand that. Our SP is also not as strong as when the November discussions were taking place (even if the macro has improved a lot in that time).
