No one is going to accept 4:1. 3:1 is a fair deal and cheap. VMY has polished its business up and is a nice shiny thing to acquire right now and the market will love it. These companies are only worth what they can get away with on the market. It's all BS anyway - something can happen tomorrow to render any of them worthless.
That's what I reckon anyway. They'll probably take somewhere in between.
