Discovery Capital Partners and Cumulus Wealth have been engaged by Great Boulder Resources Limited (Great Boulder; ASX:GBR) as Joint Lead Managers (“JLM”) to a capital raising to be undertaken by way of a placement to Sophisticated andInstitutional Investors (“Placement”).
The JLM's are now seeking eligible investors to apply for participation in the Placement
Offer Details:
-The Company is seeking to raise A$5.0M by way of a single tranche placement of 45.5M new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (“New Shares”) at11.0 centsper New Share (“Offer Price”) (“Placement” or the “Offer”)
-The Offer Price of 11.0 cents per New Share represents a;
-12.0% discount to Great Boulder’s last close of 12.5 cents on 28 March 2022;
-18.3% discount to the 5-day VWAP of 13.5 cents; and
-23.5% discount to the 30-day VWAP of 14.4 cents
-The allotment of New Shares issued pursuant to the Placement is not subject to shareholder approval and will fall within the Company’s placement capacity under ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A
-The New Shares will be listed on ASX and will rank pari-passu with the existing fully paid ordinary shares
-The Placement is not underwritten, and the Company reserves its right to accept oversubscriptions
