If you were working for me in the accounts department and performed like this you would have been fired a long time ago. Even the loan when it was originally signed at 20% was a pathetic effort and was just a way of giving 1 million a year to their insider mates. With proper management the loans could have been done at a rate of 7%, saving shareholders millions over the course of the loan. I’m not at all saying we should pay down the loan, it’s how it is being done that is ringing alarm bells.
