Im pretty sure Paul's options where converted to shares.
The way I see it now is that the river is high , all ducks are in a row and its just about to break its banks, soon as the BLM is announced I would expect to see AZL hitting the ground running.
Sure the timing is a bit out with the CR but I believe management probably punted that the BLM approval would be in by now. Mabie it is ?
