How many mistakes can PAC Partners make on just one page about AZL?

I think they mean “just off.” And US Hwy 93 is not an interstate, so there is no “I” in front of its name. In many places it’s just one lane in each direction.

Yes, that one is an interstate. The name of the town (which has water restrictions) is Las Cruces.
