As much as one might light this business, the industry, outlook, and the like, a cap raise was always going to happen.

Rates might be low, and banks, super funds, and whatever else happy to lend, however equity is needed for basically everything and this business has a low equity base.Hopefully a nice colorful preso comes out with the raise providing a clear update, and existing shareholders get a chance to put some money in.
