Poor governance in Australian corporate life, to be more heavily regulated by Labor post May.
This is shocking, it is worse than awful, how management and Executives get away with this is an abomination, worse than the Somerton Man Investigation for which South Australia’s wild wild south of Snowtown fame reputation has never ever recovered and become world reknowned..
ASIC should do something about it, perhaps we need a new Finance Minister and a new ASIC post May one with real bite and real bark that will take these people doing this stuff to Court and change the laws to have strong prison terms as a deterrent to this tyranny.
I am surprised the laws are so soft in AUstralia to allow this stuff. shame on ASIC and shame on the ASX.
