Yea always a big possibility off good news, management are funded for short term projects, but they wont run the bank down and then go for raise when favourable conditions are now.
Circumstances of the CR are nothing new, but the good news, in my opinion is,
If a TO was imminent then NWE would be unlikely to be conducting a CR. We are all go for future!!!$$$.
Back to being patient, we know what we have and CR opportunity for all as well.
