The CR for NWE was enevitable, we are a junior Explorer engaged in a JV with a bigger time joint partner who is fully funded. The JV is announcing positive results and with that has come aggressive future drilling & seismic planning by operator. $$$$ If management didn't make the call, I would start to feel insecure. We simply have to fund up now, take out possible variables, position up and a significant raise is required at this point. I say again at this point.!! This is not ideal for many investors, but sure is for me and I'm sure others. I am hoping for a piece of the CR action, as I have posted, options will suffice, but more is better. Even if we are excluded at this point, I wouldn't be to concerned, because the company has sized up the situation and is reacting exactly as a confident invested company should. Gotta say if it got to this stage I was always uncertain whether it would be a CR or a TO. CASH RAISE WINS. In my opinion so does the faithful. More time involved, not that long. All imo. GLAH, go your own way.
