4 April 2022 The Companies Manager Australian Stock Exchange Level 40, Central Park 152-158 St George's Terrace Perth WA 6000 REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT King River Resources Limited (ASX: KRR) requests a trading halt pending a response to a Price and Volume Query from the ASX and finalisation and release of an announcement on an update on the status of new research work for the Speewah Vanadium Project. KRR request that this trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Wednesday 6 April, or when an announcement is made. The Company expects that this trading halt will lift by the Company making an announcement. The Company is not aware of any reason why the halt should not be granted.
