Snow Lake Resources Ltd. shares fell Monday after the lithium producer said its parent company, Nova Minerals Ltd., is looking to resell up to 3 million shares of Snow Lake's common stock.Snow Lake said Monday in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission it won't receive any proceeds from the sale. Nova Minerals would own 6.6 million shares of Snow Lake following the offering.Snow Lake said following the resale it would no longer be a controlled company under Nasdaq rules.At 11:52 a.m. ET, shares of Snow Lake were trading 20.42% lower at $7.98 a share. Volume at the time was over 700,000 shares, above the stock's 65-day average volume of 394,302 shares.
