I agree that both speculation on what the terms of the sale might be and market forces are at play here. I personally do not try to apportion the two.
I agree that NVA have financial forecasts. I disagree that selling a lithium stock six months ago was the right call to make at the time, based on lithium market forecasts.
NVA have been clear (eg. at the AGM) that their strategy includes the potential to sell LITM to provide funding. I think this is a very favorable situation compared to other forms of funding.
