I was thinking it would be $6.50 a share as I wrote earlier so I would have liked to see slightly more per share. However, if they would have tried to offload 3 million shares on market I am pretty sure they would have collapsed the price of LITM in full and possibly would have gotten less. They couldn’t sell before the escrow ended (so could not sell at IPO price) and with Fed raising rates and QT who knows how the market would have fared (most analysts expected a significant drop as we all know).

So I am happy that we have much needed cash that will bring us all the way to PFS. Would have liked more but also think that getting more for such a major trade would have been unrealistic.
