I tell you for a fact stockbrokers/institutions who organise these raises discuss all financials before making an offer. Tony would of been told what they thought this business is worth in terms of SP , hence the 18c options. They know we will be above there in the very near term. These guys chase very quick returns and 13c raise is very generous considering we were there less than 2 weeks ago.
