I think we have to be cynical. Coburn should be printing cash shortly IF everything ramps up and commissions according to plan. Lot of tonnes to bang through the dozer trap, spirals and dry plant. Very high recoveries from new tech may r may not work to spec or need tweaking... in fact many things may need tweaking and de-bottle necking etc. Seems very strange to pre-empt commissioning with a new expansion plan, spend extra capex during the mother of all WA cost inflation booms... very strange indeed.

Tajiri is only at PFS stage from memory, needs years of DFS work and permitting etc before an investment decision is made. Fungoni has a 2017 DFS which could be (or has been) updated quickly, not sure about all the permits in place. Fungoni would be the sensible cheap 'starter' project to dip one's toes back into Tanzania and see how the sovereign risk plays out, not sure the market is completely sold on Tanzania's conversion to fair player...
