    Insiders currently hold 9% of all shares. In addition, with the cap raise, the Lead Managers are co-investing - which is a great sign. They also have a great track record in strong cap raises. AS2 went from a cap raise of .35c in late Jan to 58.5c now, and CDT went from 3c in mid Jan to its last price of 6.1c
