I hold a couple of these on a speculative play when some irregularities in volumes poked their head up a month ago, did a bit of research, seemed like some upside on the horizon, and sometimes these pay off but they are a gamble.
So when they appoint advisors a couple of days ago to manage "unsolicited" interest in the business, you would think this might flush out news of a potential partnership/buyout arrangement, and not a cap raising a couple of days later. I can't think of a more bizarre timing, presumably the so called "advisors" have supported this for a reason that hopefully we'll find out is a good one soon.
Definitely cant think of a time when a company has played the "unsolicited interest in our undervalued business" and then C/R two days later. I dont know a lot about this company yet, but they certainly seem to do things "differently".
