I agree, it is unusual, but I have certainly seen similar events elsewhere. It may be that the "Advisor" announcement has something to do with the institutional part of the placement. When we see the structure of the issue it might be clearer.

BTW there have been odd share movements with this stock for over a year now. There are some very large holders out there and I think they push it around to suit their own ends.

I believe that some fundamental events are coming which will help alleviate the minor manipulation...Lets hope so anyway.
It has definately been one of the more frustrating stocks to own
