Dont forget that the price also includes good two mills. This deal basically means they got 2 mills worth well over $100m to replace for nothing. Those mills would cost a lot more than the entire value of the deal by a large margin. You couldn't even get them in this environment. So many other companies are putting their projects on ice because of supply issues and labour issues. They can drill more than one project and the news flow should be very good. The management know exactly what they are doing and you dont enter deals without knowing you can get the money and make it work.
BC8 have basically jagged this deal when no one was looking. This is a super price with years of high grade resource. Its brilliant. This is exactly the sort of thing that made NST. Maybe they see a kindred spirit. Back the right people and let them do their job.
Its a no brainer to me.
