I meant while the profit sharing agreement is between REETec and VML, the sales discussions had by REETec with their clients (in this case, Schaeffler) are not instigated or negotiated by VML as far as I'm aware, so VML is removed from that discussion and by extension the requirements for disclosure until revenue from that deal is cemented. I could also be way off the mark as that sounds very simplistic and linear.
