Financing:
• In February 2022 the Australian Government, through Export Finance Australia (EFA), conditionally
approved an A$185 million loan facility to support the development of the Project5

• The Company and EFA are targeting to conclude formal loan facility and security documentation
in mid-2022

This raise may have always been in the works as I think I remember DC saying quite a while back, something along the lines of - we need to get the share price up a bit, this was when SP was around 12-15c if I recall properly. You might be right, this might have been in the pipe, waiting for the right SP. In all the recent announcements for loans etc I forgot about that. Does anyone else remember something similar?
