they have, makes no sense at all, not only the cash but the loan facility too. Any CR could have been done later in the year after PEPR approval, something else is going on here for sure, maybe things are not as bright and rosy as we have been led to believe and they are getting in quick. My only serious thought though is that it could be POSCO entering via a raise? I suppose we shall find out soon enough.
