10% dilution is not the end of the world to be fair, but it's just the combination of it and keeping us in the dark that gets my goat.
Just get on with it. From my blind corner it seems battery and auto companies not moving fast enough to secure supply just like lithium market. Maybe this raise pushes the timeline a bit faster. Hope so. Though more likely could just be a defensive raise as much of their $15 mill cash reserve will be going out the door in studies and other works fairly soon. Be awesome to see much of it spent on a long lead item though - that'd signal it's on in earnest.
