Mulling over this further it reminds me of the CXO raise last year in August, they raised $91M at 31c….Cannacord was joint manager on that one too. Funds were used for upfront capital costs, Environment bond, working capital. SPP too which was oversubscribed….Very similar playbook to this raise.
CXO now over $1.40.
@Swanny204 , you might remember this one? I had doubts at the time but it proved a very astute raise to accelerate their move to production.
