The PLS offer was them buying of Altura Lithium (ALO) from Altura Mining (AJM). It was a rights offer at 1 new share for every 7.6 and it was at a steep discount of 58%, 36c when trading at 75c. This is a bit different to RNU and a SPP. PLS wanted the mine and plant next door for the synegeies they accepted a big discount to raise the cash. This was at a time when Lithium stocks and PLS were only getting back close to the top of the 2018 bull run after spending 2019/2020 plumbing the mid teens. The rest is history and PLS will soon be paying a Div and holders will be earning more in divs than the purchase price in 2020.
