I am the eternal optimist, but would like to think that RNU management would be well aware of shareholders concerns over CR, and dilution of share price.
My thoughts are that they have waited till now as they wanted to have a juicy announcement to time with the market opening Tuesday, to start the upward momentum again.
Just my personal optimistic thoughts.
