As an uncommitted resource holder there could be an interesting dynamic between the potential for a generously priced equity injection from a prospective off take partner and this change of control offer. It would create competitive tension that the board could use to extract a favourably priced takeover offer. Just my ramblings while we await the juicy details...lol
