Even if you valued it using US$2,000/tn SC6, the contained SC6 is in the realm of US$2b +/- a few million.

I'd be absoutely surprised if the board took anything less than A$4/sh (which implies a value of A$800m ish for the contained SC6) for either a scrip offer or t/o offer.
