You could be right Tony but would an "indicative and non-binding" offer constitute enough for a $12 Billion dollar company to go into a TH?.
Probably not. Maybe if it was a more official offer perhaps.
And is a transaction of this size "material" to MIN?. Again, probably not as this would be like their lunch money.
But yeah, it certainly could be something / someone out of left field so get the popcorn ready and hopefully whoever it is creates massive value for us all!!
