I dont think this. Why should a clever management and the shareholders be satisfied with a offer $1 to $1.30, if we will reach this share price without any news in near time (few weeks).

Look at the chart, look on the heavy undervalued share price, also look on the facts and figures and dont forget our Nickel, Cobalt and Gold also.

Now we have a takeover offer on the table. So I think, we have a complete new situation. The whole market, the EV producers and Lithium giants like Ganfeng will take more and serious notice of us and put our companies name ESS in their mind. I don't think it's out of the question that they /Ganfeng will make the (first) offer or maybe a offer as second candidate after this offer. Also I've pointed out several times over the last few months their connection between the ESS JV and ILC/Canada in this thread.

So only a offer price over $2 will be acceptable for us shareholders. Enjoy this exciting times. AIMHO
