    65% of the 30 day weighted average would be rejected, ESS would be able to achieve that in a good day. The stock prior to the TH looked like it was consolidating and getting ready for the next leg up.

    We have drilling commencing in May, news of visuals from the drilling would further help the sp. The company has enough funds presently for additional drilling so any offer would need to be at a decent premium.
