$1 offer would be a waste of everyone's time and hardly worthy of this TH. If it's a serious attempt at a "knockout blow", something closer to $2 would likely do the trick IMO.
Frankly I see this as more of a pain than anything as I was hoping to hold for a while. Being "forced" into selling at this point, even at a nice proffie, is not my preferred option.
