The buyer(s) wouldn't have been so overt with their action today if they thought any consequence would come from it.
Does make you wonder though, if they have their ear to the ground with positive news, would the same be the case for negative news / knowing there will be no news flow for a period of time (i.e. last few months). That's where the real blow is
