we are piss weak holders
tyx holders voted deal board recommended to sell assets to bod mates, I think last year or year before
kai holders issued section 249D to its board and chairman/ceo and director resigned before any vote couple of weeks ago
have been holding this dog for a long time
why can’t we retail holders get together and form 5% of issued shares and turf the useless bod?
