To add to what index said, the target occupancy study showed sufficient enzyme uptake at 5mg, therefore the theory is that 5mg is suitable with the appropriate trial parameters and disease population.
if this is positive, it would be safe to say our XanADu failures at 10mg came from a disease population that was too far progressed in "mild" AD.
