Agree you could interpret from announcement wording there is not a retail component. They say they will advise market of outcome on 29/4/22.
The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement by the Company about a
potential capital raising;
(b) The trading halt is requested to remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes an
announcement to the market regarding the outcome of the capital raising, or the commencement
of trading on Friday 29 April 2022; and
