Standard 15% discount so I'm tipping 0.85c or possibly 0.8c if they are going after serious money. Just make sure they don't give away a million attached options with a dirt cheap strike price for every share subscribed! That was a huge blunder made by our ex-CEO that has haunted this company ever since.
