What happened to the loan that the owners were going to make to their own company, and charge it 5% interest? Have they already ploughed through that?

How many equity funds would want to touch this stinking dog stock? I know some will, but DC2 will have to make it really worth their while.
BOD will hansomely reward themselves even more for running this stock deeper into the ground.
