Uhm Board changes.
- I assume Justin will stay.
- Shane, not so sure, hasnt achieved anything at DC2. Quit the MD job at Alto to join DC2 Board. Currently on a Board of a charity foundation. 50/50 but I think he'll stay.
- Blake is the sales person of the team, probably will stay. Not sure about Shane but Justin is pretty bad at talking to investors/market, which is not a bad thing, just the Board needs a spokeperson.
I guess they're gonna appoint a new non-executive director, someone with some sort of ASX listed company experience for optics reasons. Would be good for shareholders if they could appoint someone from a larger Tech/Data centre company to give a much needed confidence boost for a stock, though I doubt any high profile executive would like to work for a 4m market cap company with a pretty bad ASX track record. It'll be a career suicide. So potentially this person would be someone Perth based C to D list executive.
