doubt it is just a speeding ticket, they have released announcements recently, so the extra volume and increase to SP isn't unjustified.
I'm 99% certain it's a cap raise (1% being the fact that they haven't come out and said it) all speccy miners release good news to pump the SP up and then CR at a higher price and they've passed the minimum 6 months between CR's (that was on the 11th April.
upcoming drill season with good prospects, they need someone's cash to burn
