Do you honestly believe between Friday 4.08 pm (no licence) and the following Monday b/f opening Pil got their licence.
Or for that matter they received any indication from the BSP about their licence. I don't think so..
That's over the weekend.
In any event when and if they get the licence they'd be swinging from the chandeliers not calling a TH.
Something ain't right.
It might be really good in addition to the licence .....
