I think Hoots is right. Boring old rights issue to holders, 20% discount probably around $0.16. Eric loves the idea of "being good to shareholders" so maybe will come with options attached .. he loved it after that 2017 rights issue when the share price shot up.. but look where we are now mate!
If they had said "placement and rights issue" I would have been excited for a big placement to ORG and a rights issue to us, but sadly it just doesn't look likely. Suppose its better than a placement to institutions and sophs who would just dump, but "better" is very relative right now.
Big reversal in US markets overnight. Oil at ~AUD$150 a pop. If RBA holds today do we see the AUD under $0.70? See how we go on Wednesday for this issue. Never a dull moment!
