They work but its at snails pace... I've worked there before and the miners were/are great people with massive drive and dedication but its the management that always let's them down... the biggest muppets always seem to end up in full control and destroy it at all levels. It should be a lean operation yet it is always flooded with workers doing fa because the jobs were never justified.. and the top heavy big wigs are just overpaid slack arses who are there purely for lifestyle.. its a shame because it could be a profitable little operation but will always struggle due to incompetence and greed.. and also no thanks to a certain chairman's 100-1 consolidation... I knew once that happened they were f'd!
