Already confirmed the CR + acquisition. See the previous ann... 48% cash, 52% equity. They just keep swallowing. I am more concerned about profitability, particularly in the current market. The TH is to raise the funds @ 34c. They will then present @ NWR @ 1220pm Wednesday. This has been in the pipeline for awhile it seems.
