The simple answer is yes. Whilst many may wish it was not so, the DRC Government at their discretion could change the goalposts. Even after the issuing of a Mining License, nothing is cast in concrete. Politics is a nasty business. Power plays more so. Many such cases end up in a court of arbitration. As is the case with "an arbitration process between MMCS Strategic 1 and Congolese state-owned firm Cominiere started at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris". This is still ongoing and whilst it may not have a material effect on AVZ, it is still to be resolved. Added to that there are still appeals and court cases on the go in Lubumbashi. I for one, certainly hope that there are no more obstacles put in their way. It is a great project with enormous potential.

Yet no one can produce any document of all these court proceedings. Not one. May be true, may not be, but without any shred of evidence I’m not buying what you’re selling
