    So, on 13/4/2022 AVZ completed the final hurdle of 4 hurdles, that is the "Favourable Technical Opinion". So my understanding of the ML being issued under the DRC legal rules is:-

    1. 30 days = 13/5/2022, or

    2. 30 working days = 25/5/2022, or

    3. I've got it all wrong and am missing something?
