The DD was completed and under ASX 11.1.3 Eastern paid the Cash Option Fee and the Shares and the option of acquisition of Trigg was granted to Eastern.........I'm hoping they signed that option, before they did this agreement with Yongxing. Otherwise under the agreement between Eastern and Yongxing, as JV partners, Yongxing could lay claim to Trigg Hill as an acquisition..
