If management participate , people will complain they got cheap shares and everyone else got diluted . If they don’t people will complain they didn’t and don’t believe in the future. I have been arguing SEN needs some instos on the register . I think this placement although executed lower than we all wanted is good as it’s bringing some new investors with deep pockets in vs. stale old us. It also suggests these funds see and believe in the upside . 3.8c is the placement price but the theoretical ex placement price should be 4.2-4.3. It’s only 11% of market cap. Ofcourse judging by the tone of this thread some holders my sell. For me it derisks the next 6 months and allows for a few big wins to be announced
